Process Consultant Procure to Pay (m/f/d)

As a Process Consultant Procure to Pay, you play a key role in optimizing and standardizing the end-to-end process. You advise our companies worldwide and drive continuous process improvement.

Specifically, this means:

• Scale and develop solutions together with LAPP companies to address identified weaknesses.
• Actively advise LAPP companies on process improvements and efficiency enhancement.
• Support the implementation of measures and monitor effectiveness based on defined KPIs.
• Initiate and accompany Process Mining projects to systematically identify improvement potential.
• Ensure global knowledge exchange and build and maintain expert pools (key users, communities).
• Lead and participate in process-specific projects in accordance with LAPP project standards.
• Take on Process Management responsibility for a Level-2 process within Procure to Pay with the goal of process transparency, global standardization, and efficiency.

In this role, you are not only a process specialist but also a consultant and driving force for our international teams. You know how to analyze complex relationships and develop pragmatic solutions that create real added value. Your ability to inspire people and actively drive changes makes you an important partner for global process optimization.

You bring the right mix of expertise, consulting skills, and passion for process optimization:

• Completed studies in economics, business administration or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in process consulting or consulting, ideally with a focus on Procure to Pay (especially Procurement part).
• In-depth knowledge in purchasing, logistics, payment processes and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) as well as methodological expertise in Lean, BPM and Process Mining.
• Strong analytical skills, communication strength and moderation competence.
• High level of initiative, assertiveness, team orientation and confident handling of Office 365.
• Very good English skills (German as an asset).
• Willingness to travel (approx.. 1-2 weeks per quarter).
