Your tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person
- Transactions & data entry into ERP & CRM (daily quotation, billing, ordering
and account) - Track shipments and provide delivery updates
- Preparation and documentation of import/export
- Handle general administrative tasks and assist in sales related topics
Your profile
- Experience in customer support and administrative assistance
- Professional experience in the related field is required
- Knowledge of languages in English, desirable
- ERP knowledge and advanced Microsoft Office experience
- You are able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
