The Role 

We are expanding our internal AI capabilities to make business processes more efficient, faster, and smarter. At ATOSS, the key question is how we can apply AI internally to create real operational impact. For this purpose, we are looking for an AI / Agent Systems Engineer (m/f/d) who does not just understand AI from a technical perspective but can translate it into productive internal workflows.

Your Mission

You design, build, and operate AI-driven and agent-based solutions that automate, streamline, and enhance internal processes – for example in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Finance, and other corporate functions.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end AI workflows for internal processes
• Develop agentic systems that own entire process chains (e.g. Customer Issue → Resolution → Knowledge Update), not just isolated tasks
• Integrate AI into internal systems, knowledge sources, and data flows – including our strategic platforms such as Salesforce Einstein & Agentforce and MS Copilot
• Instrument your solutions, define and track impact KPIs against a pre-AI baseline (e.g. handling time, resolution rate, hours saved), and continuously improve systems in production
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, stable, and reusable, rather than isolated one-off implementations
• Analyze and continuously improve AI solutions in production environments

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, ideally with ownership of architecture and production systems, not only feature-level implementation

• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python or similar)

• Solid experience with:

• LLM / agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar)
• API integration & workflow orchestration
• Monitoring, observability, and operating production systems (not just PoCs)

• Strong technical expertise combined with a clear understanding of how AI transforms real business processes.
