• You ensure the stable operation, monitoring and maintenance of our IT infrastructure across multiple locations using centralized management platforms.
  You manage identity and device administration, including user and device lifecycle management as well as compliance monitoring.
• You administer Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and File Services.
• You monitor backup and disaster recovery processes and perform regular recovery tests.
• You manage patching and software updates across all locations.
• You troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes and escalate complex issues where necessary.
• You maintain consistent system configurations across all sites.
• You support IT projects, including the onboarding and integration of new laboratory locations.
• You maintain technical documentation in line with group-wide standards.

Required

• You have several years of experience administering Microsoft environments, including cloud identity, device management and Microsoft 365.
• You have solid experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and File Services
• You are experienced in operating and monitoring enterprise IT infrastructure.
• You understand backup and disaster recovery concepts
• You have a good understanding of networking, including VLANs, routing and VPN technologies.
• You have experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• You work in a structured, reliable and well-documented manner
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German is considered an advantage
• Experience with cloud-based endpoint management (Enrollment, Compliance, MDM)
• Knowledge of Hybrid Identity and Conditional Access
• Experience with NAS administration
• Experience with Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) solutions
• Experience working in multi-site or regulated environments
