We are currently looking for a Technical Service Specialist (m/f/d) - NL/DE to join our team in Wuppertal or Cologne.
• Provide onsite technical support to customers
• Manage line trials to develop new business
• Partner with Area Sales Managers on solution-based selling
• Conduct plant/process audits and deliver improvement reports
• Manage technically driven accounts to grow business and retain customers
• Investigate and resolve quality issues
• Handle technical aspects of quality claims
• Build strong relationships with key accounts
• Deliver technical training programs (theoretical & practical)
• Liaise with suppliers and partners
• Contribute to the EMEA technical team
• Conduct Approved Applicator audits
• Manage the lab
• Dynamic and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Willing to travel (~50%, Benelux & Northern Germany)
• Independent and team player
• Professional and ethical mindset
• Ability to represent the Axalta brand
• Strong coatings or chemical background
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Dutch and English required; French or German is a plus
• Strong written and presentation skills
