Driving adoption of security policies, standards, and controls is key, as you'll provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders across the organisation.
You'll help protect our most critical assets by ensuring appropriate assurance and rigorous testing is in place, whilst tracking lessons learned from security incidents.
Managing risk in a pragmatic and cost-effective manner is essential, as you'll ensure security controls like vulnerability scanning and patching remain effective.
You'll protect the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of information and data, whilst reporting on the overall effectiveness of the security programme against defined KPIs.
Building strong working relationships across business and IT teams is crucial, as you'll influence others to do the right thing and drive continuous improvement.
Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, with the ability to adapt to different businesses and stakeholders, and gain commitment at business unit board level.
You have a strong understanding of Microsoft security best practices related to cloud and on-premises technology, with experience securing technologies such as Azure, MS365 and Copilot.
Understanding of security practices in Amazon Web Services and international regulatory contexts, particularly data privacy, will set you up for success.
You're adept at assessing maturity and delivering improvements, with CISSP/CISM/CISA certification preferred, plus good knowledge of standards like ISO27001, NIST CSF, and PCI.
Excellent planning, organisation, and interpersonal skills enable you to work effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues around the world, whilst maintaining focus on agreed objectives.

In 62 Reisebüros quer durch Österreich beraten die Teams von TUI zu Urlaub, Flügen und Hotels. Dahinter steht die TUI Austria Holding GmbH mit Sitz am Wiener Flughafen. Sie ist die österreichische Landesgesellschaft des Touristikkonzerns TUI und gehört damit zu einem der größten Reiseunternehmen der Welt. Die Firma bringt Reisende und Reisen zusammen. Über die Plattform tui.at und das österreichweite Filialnetz vermittelt sie Urlaubsreisen, Flüge und Hotels und verkauft neben den eigenen TUI-Produkten auch Marken wie airtours, 1-2-Fly oder Wolters Reisen. Der Rückhalt kommt aus Hannover, vom Mutterkonzern TUI AG. Die TUI Group beschäftigt weltweit rund 67.000 Menschen, betreut nach eigenen Angaben etwa 34,7 Millionen Gäste im Jahr und betreibt eigene Hotels, Kreuzfahrtschiffe und Fluglinien. Die Berufsbilder reichen weit über die klassische Reiseberatung hinaus. In den Filialen planen Reiseexpertinnen und Filialleiter die Reisen der Kundschaft, in der Zentrale kümmern sich Fachleute um E-Commerce und Marketing, um Flug- und Produktmanagement, um Finanzen und IT.
