Supply Chain Management Spezialist (m/w/d)

Objective of job：
The AMS system is a logistics management system developed uniquely by BBAC based on the SAP S4/HANA frame-work. Currently, the overall system operation and maintenance, as well as new project and change management, are handled by the IT department and the digitalization team (Method Team) of the Logistics Operations Department. The main objective for the position are as follows:
•    Architecture Management: Acting as the key interface between workstream solution architects and IT, ensures that the AMS landscape supports business goals, scalability, and long-term digital strategy.
•    Process & IT Management: integration management of logistic process and corresponding digital systems, cross multiple business areas to draw down as-is process landscape(L1-Lx) with digital functionality.
•    Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operation teams to understand business processes and integrate them into technical solutions for a shared target.
•    Digital Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, data accuracy and user experience through automation, customization, and integration.
•    Benchmarking: Incorporate best practices from other OEM/ ODM or different industry, bring new digital ideas and technologies to continuously improve BBAC digital blueprint, integrate standard digital strategy into current roadmap.
•    Reporting & Analytics: Develop, customize, and support standard and ad-hoc reports (e.g., stock reports, procure-ment analysis, warehouse performance) using SAP tools like Quick View, ABAP queries, or by liaising with the BI/ABAP team. Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
•    Project management & development: Project mgmt.. for topics like AI, data mining etc. which also need to be inter-act with AMS or other systems. Develop smart tools to better support business for cost saving.
 

Qualification:

•    At least 5 years of experience in digitalization management.
•    Business process acumen, deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and warehouse management business processes. Ability to act as a trusted advisor to the business.
•    SAP solution design and customizing knowledge and experience required.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•    Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
•    Interdisciplinary mindset, willingness to work collaboratively in an international environment.
•    Skills for PowerBI, python, dify is preferred, knowledge in AI is a plus
