We are hiring a

Commercial Operations Assistant – Netherlands (20 hours/week)

Location: Netherlands (preferably the Eindhoven region) - Remote

Your Strength

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, sales support, or commercial operations role 
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken (French and/or German is a plus) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Organized, proactive, and service-oriented with excellent attention to detail 
  • Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience with invoice administration, event coordination, vendor management, or fleet administration is an advantage 
  • Experience in the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry is desirable 

Your Contribution

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Country Manager Benelux and the commercial team 
  • Coordinate meetings, customer visits, training sessions, congresses, travel, hotels, catering, and logistics 
  • Process and follow up on invoices, purchase requests, expenses, and vendor administration 
  • Support fleet administration and coordinate with leasing and service providers 
  • Assist the sales team with documentation, materials, and operational support 
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers for contracts, suppliers, invoices, and events 
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities together with HR, IT, and Finance 
  • Act as a point of contact for external vendors, congress organizers, and service providers 
  • Help improve local administrative processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
