Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Analyst Transaction Services Sales Cash Consultant Iberia with Payment and Cash management background to join our Transaction Services (TS) Team of Wholesale Banking Spain & Portugal.
The team works with large corporates to offer TS solutions for the Bank: Payments & Cash Management (PCM), Liquidity Solutions/Bank Mendes Gans (BMG) and Trade (Trade Finance & Working Capital Solutions)
Your key responsibilities:
You will support Senior Transaction Services Sales Consultant together with Product Managers/Specialists and Central Structuring teams and will work closely with the Sector and Client services teams -these lasts in charge of Daily Banking servicing of these clients.
Responsible for growing the Daily Banking business and increasing profitability through the existing contracts by optimizing proactively client relationships as well as supporting the origination of new business within the Wholesale Banking (WB) client portfolio and getting TS products available. He/She monitors, retains and grows the existing business for selected multinational WB clients at a global level with a proactive role to ensure cross-border customer satisfaction and relies on the operational quality of services provided by Client Service Organization that are in charge. An energetic individual with drive and thorough understanding of the TS products & solutions and Treasury Operations.
The TS Sales Cash team sells the full suite of Cash solutions across the network (both PCM and Liquidity management/BMG)
Key responsibilities and activities:
Business development
- Support sales of the full suite of TS Cash solutions across the network for Cash (Payments & Cash Management and Liquidity Management)
- Contribute to the origination, proposal and execution process effectively and efficiently and will work closely with key internal colleagues/stakeholders like Sectors organisation, TS Sales colleagues in the network, the Cash Advisory & Structuring teams as well as Client Services, Implementation and Product Management.
- Contribute to improve and maximize the cross-buy of TS Cash Solutions based on good understanding of client needs and product
- Contribute to the achievement of revenue targets & client profitability according to TS KPIs
Transaction execution
- Monitoring implementations handled by teams in charge to guarantee the proper delivery of solutions according to the agreements, involving the completeness, timeliness and accuracy of the sales process and documentation. This goes with ensuring proper completion of transactions from a commercial perspective, coordinating different departments involved in the processes including clear instructions to Client Services Delivery to manage client requirements.
- Assessment and processing pricing set up and modifications (DPM approval and implementation)
Customer relationship management
- Recurrent review of the operative with existing clients in view to maintain contracts & agreements and identify risks and opportunities as well as cross buy
- Close eye on daily banking services provided by Client Services teams in particular incidences and proactive advice to improve client experience as well as cross buy
- Perform client profitability analysis on monthly basis to assess business trends
Risk & portfolio management
- Monitors the existing portfolio in close consultation with risk management.
- Responsible for operating under our KYC guidelines and mitigation of non-financial risk incurred by the transactions originated
- Monitors of review dates and expired deals in DPM
- Reporting activities
Knowledge Management
- Product support in relation with local products offered by our Branches to colleagues in the network

- Bachelor´s or Master’s degree (preferably in Economics, Accounting or Finance)
- 1-3 years relevant experience/knowledge in TS Products or middle office
- knowledge of Trade products (Bank guarantees, Receivables and Supply Chain Finance) will be highly valued

Über zehn Millionen Menschen in Deutschland haben ihr Konto bei der ING. Eine Filiale, in die man dafür gehen könnte, gibt es nicht: Die Bank arbeitet seit ihrer Gründung 1965 ohne Schalterhalle, damals per Post und Telefon, heute per App. Gearbeitet wird trotzdem an vier Standorten, mit rund 6.000 Kolleginnen und Kollegen und dem Hauptsitz in Frankfurt am Main.
Im Privatkundengeschäft drehen sich zwei Themen besonders oft: das Girokonto und die Finanzierung der eigenen vier Wände. Ende 2025 lagen 101,5 Milliarden Euro an Baufinanzierungen in den Büchern, und 3,2 Millionen Wertpapierdepots wurden geführt. Nach eigenen Angaben ist die ING damit, gemessen an der Kundenzahl, die drittgrößte Bank Deutschlands. Ein zweiter Geschäftsbereich betreut Unternehmen, vom Mittelständler bis zum international tätigen Konzern.
Die Geschichte reicht weiter zurück, als der digitale Auftritt vermuten lässt. 1965 startete das Haus als Bank für Sparanlagen und Vermögensbildung, verschickte seine Kredite zunächst per Brief und bot in den Achtzigern über Bildschirmtext erste Bankgeschäfte vom Wohnzimmer aus an. Mitte der Neunziger kam mit dem Namen DiBa das Online-Banking. 1998 stieg die niederländische ING Group ein, seit 2003 gehört die Bank vollständig zum Konzern, der weltweit mehr als 60.000 Menschen beschäftigt und in über 100 Ländern tätig ist. Der Rechtsträger heißt bis heute ING-DiBa AG mit Sitz in Frankfurt am Main, im Markt tritt er seit 2018 als ING Deutschland auf.
Entsprechend viele Berufe sitzen hier zusammen, die man nicht sofort mit einer Bank verbindet. Entwicklerinnen und UX-Designer bauen an App und Website weiter, im Controlling und im Risikomanagement wird gerechnet, im Kundendialog beantworten Teams Fragen am Telefon und im Chat. Wer nach der Schule einsteigt, kann drei bis dreieinhalb Jahre dual studieren, etwa Wirtschaftsinformatik oder User Experience Design. Danach folgen Trainee- und Talentprogramme für Hochschulabsolventinnen und -absolventen. Neben Frankfurt wird in Berlin, Hannover und Nürnberg gearbeitet; wie sich die Belegschaft auf die vier Standorte verteilt, veröffentlicht die Bank nicht.
Das Arbeitsmodell ist hybrid. Zur Weiterbildung gehören eine interne Lernplattform, Inhouse-Trainings und externe Seminare, dazu kommen ein Gesundheitsbudget von 500 Euro im Jahr und bis zu 30 Tage Arbeiten im EU-Ausland. Wer zu Hause am Schreibtisch sitzt, bekommt 1.500 Euro Ausstattungsbudget dafür.
