Aristo Pharma GmbH, headquartered in Berlin, was founded in 2008 and is now one of the fastest-growing pharmaceutical companies in Europe. Our ambition is to rethink health and continuously develop pharmaceutical solutions – with the aim of making therapies effective, well-tolerated, and easy to use at the same time.

More than 1,400 employees in 13 countries contribute every day to ensuring that our products reliably reach where they are needed – physicians, pharmacies, wholesalers, and patients.

To support our team of Corporate Track & Trave and SAP Masterdata, we are looking to fill a permanent position at our Berlin location as soon as possible:

Track & Trace Systems Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission:

Do you excel at keeping Track & Trace systems running reliably – even in complex environments? Join us and take on a pivotal role in Track & Trace and serialization within a highly regulated setting.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the stable operation and continuous development of our global Track & Trace system, arvato CSDB (including serialization), across all relevant sites and business partners.
  • You will manage the integration and data flows between shopfloor systems (e.g., serialization equipment such as Wipotec), CSDB, SAP, and related systems.
  • You will take functional ownership of master data within the serialization and Track & Trace environment, ensuring data quality and compliance.
  • You will lead international projects and rollouts (e.g., new production lines, onboarding of business partners, country connections, or regulatory requirements) in close collaboration with IT, Production, Business Partners, QA, SCM, and external service providers.
  • You will analyze operational issues and identify optimization opportunities, implementing sustainable improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

Your profile:

You have a broad IT background and a strong interest in technical systems and processes. You are eager to expand your expertise in specialized areas and actively contribute to daily operations. In addition, you bring:

  • Experience with Track & Trace and serialization in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV)
  • Project management experience, ideally in international environments
  • Experience working at the interface of IT, Production, and Sales/Commercial functions
  • Regulatory expertise (e.g., pharmaceuticals, EU FMD)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with arvato CSDB
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Experience with Wipotec or similar serialization systems
  • Experience working in global organizations

We understand that candidates do not always meet 100% of the requirements. We still encourage you to apply if you see yourself in this role and meet most of the qualifications. What matters most is your willingness to take ownership, make an impact, and grow together with us.

Why this role is exciting for you:

You will take on a key position in a highly regulated and strategically important environment. Track & Trace and serialization are critical to compliance and supply chain continuity, meaning your work will have a direct impact on global processes, data quality, and system stability. At the same time, you will actively shape the future development of systems and processes within an international organization.

What we offer:

  • Attractive conditions: We offer you financial stability through a compensation package consisting of an attractive monthly salary, Christmas bonus, and a contribution to your company pension scheme.
  • Work & life balance: Whenever possible, we provide the flexibility you need in terms of working hours and/or location (office or up to three days per week mobile). You also receive 30 vacation days per year.
  • Onboarding & development: Our onboarding program, supported by a professional and dedicated team, enables you to quickly work independently. Take advantage of our extensive training and development opportunities.
  • Collegial environment: We offer a friendly atmosphere, open exchange and inspiration, flat hierarchies, and short communication paths. Look forward to employee events as well.
