A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us in a pivotal role where you will manage the execution of high-impact projects within the high-voltage electrical transmission and distribution network (1KV - 400KV). Imagine leading initiatives that encompass predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as retrofits, refurbishments, and upgrades. You will engage in emergency services and oversee asset management, monitoring, and the integration of new technologies related to electrical asset management. Your expertise will shine as you handle installation and commissioning, ensuring that our electrical substations, circuit breakers, GIS substations, power transformers, and more operate seamlessly.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Identify and evaluate service business opportunities at early stages, setting the foundation for success.
- Support sales during contract negotiations, ensuring our offerings meet client needs.
- Prepare compelling offers and develop innovative technical solutions that drive project success.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee contract management and coordinate on-site work for smooth operations.
- Manage Field Service resources, including tools, personnel, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, factory, HSE, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure project alignment.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial, electrical, energy engineering, or a related field.
- Technical knowledge and experience in project management and high-voltage electrical equipment.
- Background in work management within the electrical sector, especially under outage conditions.
- Familiarity with service procedures, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as retrofits and refurbishments.
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential; experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing clients, including utilities, conventional and renewable generators, and industrial clients.
- Results-oriented, organized, and resilient under pressure, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for short to medium-term on-site stays.
- High level of spoken and written proficiency in both Spanish and English.
