Service Quality Professional (f/m/d)
A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our global and diverse Gas Services organization, where putting the customer at the heart of every decision and continuously improving how we operate are the foundation of quality. Quality is more than reporting, firefighting, and correcting issues after the fact — it is about turning experience into sustainable learning and lasting improvement.
As Service Quality Professional you will act as a trusted partner and point of contact for our Regional Service Unit, driving important Service Quality initiatives and process improvements across Gas Services. You will connect the Regional Service Units, Global Service Operations, and other stakeholders on key quality topics, sharing best practices, driving common standards, and creating transparency. Balancing global, strategic initiatives with selective, hands-on regional support, you will help ensure quality programs are successfully implemented and that sustainable improvements measured by non-conformance costs and customer satisfaction are achieved.
