Die praktischen Phasen finden an den Evonik-Standorten Hanau und Darmstadt statt, die theoretischen Phasen an der Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim.

Responsibilities

Theoretical phase at DHBW Mannheim

• Lectures in economics, informatics and intercultural management, partly in English language
• Courses in business mathematics, economics, law, computing and accounting
• Business administration knowledge with focus on industrial operations
• Mandatory semester at a university abroad

Practical phase at the company

• Participation in exciting IT projects
• Analysis, documentation and optimization of IT processes
• IT advice for internal customers and divisions
• Learning project management techniques and working on international tasks
• Possibility to work at a foreign Evonik site for on-the-job training abroad

Requirements

• General higher education entrance qualification
• Distinct interest in modern IT
• Good knowledge of mathematics and English
• Cultural flexibility and mobility
