Our internationally active client, based in the greater Passau area, is a leading equipment manufacturer and provider of process solutions for one of the most innovative industries.

We are looking for motivated employees to strengthen the team.

Your tasks

• Management and coordination of projects in the area of endpoint security
• Planning, controlling and monitoring project progress
• Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
• Introduction, optimization and support of endpoint security solutions
• Ensuring adherence to IT security standards and compliance requirements
• Analyzing risks and deriving suitable measures
• Communicating with stakeholders and presenting project results

Your profile

• A high school diploma (computer science HTL or AHS/HAK with a focus on information technology) or a degree in computer science/business informatics (university/university of applied sciences) with several years of professional experience
• Initial experience in project management and leading IT projects desirable
• Familiar with common standards (e.g. ISO, GDPR) and best practices for endpoint protection
• Experience with Windows, mobile device management and cloud integrations (e.g. Microsoft Intune, EntraID)
• Knowledge of EDR/XDR, patch management, application/device control, encryption and multifactor authentication
• Good analytical skills (risk analysis, development of security strategies)
• Ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
