RIEDEL Communications is the leading provider of live production tools in the media, sports and entertainment sectors. To cover customers' needs holistically, the company is divided into three business units: Product Division, Managed Technology and Riedel Networks.

The Managed Technology division rents out audio, video, IT and communication solutions for international live events and offers a comprehensive service from project planning to on-site implementation. This includes festivals such as Rock am Ring and sporting events such as Formula 1 or the Super Bowl.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You design and prepare systems for international multimedia events and support Riedel sales and project management staff.
• You are the main contact for all internal or customer-related product questions in your area of responsibility, here the RIEDEL CORE technology.
• You interact with developers, architects, product owners and product managers to continuously share feedback from projects and clients.
• You work together in a group of Product Experts and members of the Experts Team to create standards and solutions for the managed technology department.
• You provide training and work guidelines for sharing product knowledge, using knowledge sources such as Confluence, SharePoint and MS Teams.
• You coordinate and conduct on-site service, demo and training.

THAT'S YOU

• Successfully completed technical university studies, for example in media, industrial engineering or a combination of business and technology.
• At least 5 years of proven operational technical experience in a relevant market field, ideally in the outside broadcast business.
• In-depth knowledge of Riedel hardware and software solutions such as Artist, Bolero, SmartPanel and video distribution solutions like MediorNet.
• Experience in interactions and presentations at B-Level and knowledge of essential tools for self-management, negotiation and problem solving.
• Capability to manage direct relationships with customers and establish and maintain partnerships with external partners.
• Extensive IT knowledge in network configurations and PTP.
