Verantwortlichkeiten
- Process Optimization: Analyze, improve, and standardize assembly line processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and internal quality requirements.
- Technical Support: Assist production teams in troubleshooting and resolving assembly-related issues.
- Tooling and Equipment Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of assembly tools and machinery.
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste and improve workflow.
Who we are looking for
- Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in automotive assembly, manufacturing, or production engineering.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and automation technologies.
- Ability to analyze issues, implement solutions, and drive process improvements.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and guide teams in technical matters.
- Familiarity with CAD software and understanding of automotive production standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
