2 Wochen🌳 For a greener Leipzig, we've adorned the tree beds in front of our #KerryBiotechnologyCentre, partnering with Ö𝐤𝐨𝐥ö𝐰𝐞𝐧 𝐔𝐦𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐢𝐩𝐳𝐢𝐠 𝐞.𝐕. This small action helps create a more pleasant urban environment. 🍃 Our location is directly at the entrance portal to the Old Exhibition Center. Passing through the historic trade fair landmark, the Double M, you enter Leipzigs vibrant Lifescience location. The new trees planted there are a crucial element of the site's landscaping. As part of the campaign „Leipzig is flourishing“ we were able to take over the care of eleven tree beds right in front of our building. Some colleagues took advantage of Community Day, offered by Kerry, where a day off dedicated to volunteering can be used to support a local non-profit project. ☀️ Now we hope our new plants survive the current heatwave well – and look forward to seeing them grow. 🌱 #Kerry #CommunityDay #LeipzigBlühtAuf #Sustainability #Leipzig #Teamwork

Marc Struhalla will deliver a keynote at the opening event on 21st of april, exploring current expectations for biotechnology and answering the question: Is Biotech a Top or a Flop? A special highlight awaits on the afternoon of the second day, when we’ll be hosting the final stop of the leap:up GmbH guided tours through the life science cluster at Alte Messe, Leipzig. 3 Monate🎉 We just celebrated our very first Birthday Brunch at our Kerry Biotechnology Centre. One of our beloved traditions came back to life: twice a year, all birthday stars invite their colleagues to join in, and everyone brings something delicious to share. This year’s theme: “𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐧.” The spread was incredible, featuring Altenburger goat cheese, Bornaer onion soup, Rotkäppchen sparkling wine cake, the classic Mett-Igel*, freshly baked breads, a variety of dips, and other regional homemade specialties. It was a fantastic way to connect, share, and celebrate together.
